How do I obtain a Isagenix cleansing coach.?
I recently purchased the isagenix 30 day cleanse program and would like to know how do I go about obtaining a cleansing coach. Also, what is the schedule for the program. How many days out of 30 will I actually be able to eat a 400 to 600 calorie meal? Clearly I didn’t do my research like I should have; I was just excited about the program and bought it. When your package arrived it should have a cd plus instructions.
But in a nutshell, on the 30 day, you are cleansing one day a week. So, the other days you have the meals with the shakes.
