Isagenix 30 day program… What are some tips at being successful with this program?
I just started the Isagenix 30 day program. I do not have a person to help me I bought it off of ebay. I want to turn it in to 2 9 day programs and do it that way? Can anyone tell me some good tips on how to do this with the most benefit. Also some good tips in general for starting the cleanse days. I was hoping to cleanse the next 2 days I just want to know a little bit more on how and what to expect. Please give me some good answers! Thanks!
To have the best results you need to do 2 pre cleanse days which are shake days. this allows the body to be better prepared for the cleansing process. I would personally be happy to help guide you through the program.
