Diet coke with isagenix cleanse?

Diet soda in general is not recommended with Isagenix (or at any time if you are worried about your health).
It’s not necessarily going to hurt your program, but it certainly won’t help it. Most diet sodas have all sorts of chemicals that while tasty aren’t all the great for your body.
Ideally while cleansing you want to stick with plain filtered water. If you want a little additional flavor add a lime or lemon – but stick with water, water, water and water. If you are really in need of something warm have a cup of de-caf, organic herbal tea.
