I have been on the Isagenix 30 day program for 4 weeks now. I have lost inches but no weight. I really can’t even tell the inches just only by measuring not in clothes. I was feeling very discouraged Friday so I over indulged this weekend. My cleanse day should be tomorrow Monday, but since I was off the program this weekend should I start with my shakes for 6 days and then cleanse or go ahead with my schedule and cleanse tomorrow?
