I just purchased isagenix vanilla shake mix on ebay and have no instructions on it can I add a banana to it?

Yes. I usually use a half of a bannana per shake. Also, you can add a spoonful of sunflower seed butter. If you have some orange “want more energy”, you can put some of that in and it will taste like a orage creamcycle. Make sure you mix it in a blender with a few ice cubes. It’s best that way.
