Telomerase Action

What are the main differences between proliferating cells aging and non-proliferating cells aging?

I need details like telomerase action and some other molecular factors.

a proliferating cell that is aging means it is constantly dividing therefore you have a shortening of telomeres over time from exonucleases chewing away the chromosome ends, and because telomerase is not active in tissue cells. non proliferating cells dont divide.
